I've gone to Bitterroot Health South 4 times in the last few months, one with a severe rolled ankle on my grandaughter from basketball. No one there to do xrays and three times for urgent care. Im always given an appointment time. If you have to give an appointment, that's Not Urgent Care. Those signs that say Urgen Care need to be taken down. The staff and doctors are the best part of that facility. Saying you have urgent care is a misrepresentation of Bitterroot Health .South

The front desk lady was very nice and friendly, explained all the paperwork well. I did not have to wait at all for my 8:45am apt. So far, I’ve just had a blood test. I told the lab lady about my fear of all needles and she was very gentle, fast and it was painless plus she was very friendly. My first time there was a good experience!

I am very happy with have Maria being involved with my health care. She's very patient, giving me time to explain my issues and questions. She answers all of my concerns in a way I can understand. I consider her to be one of the pillars in my health care. After having many different gp Dr's in your system, most of them having quit or moved on to something somewhere else, I hope we will be working together for a long time.
