There is no such thing as a call back. You can call for a refill but be prepared to never get called back. Appointments are the same way. It seems like they just don't care if weeks go by without your medications. But if you happen to talk with someone it's easier to get an appointment. Dr. Goleba herself is a great doctor. But the system used for patients is truly broken and a big lack of communication. Truly sad because as a doctor I like her. But the patient accessibility is a nightmare.
