Todo mal, mi esposa pidio una cita con al menos tres semanas de anticipación, un día antes de la cita la llamaron para ver si podia cambiar su cita, ella dijo que no, y resulta que igual le cambiaron la cita para la fecha y la hora que ellos quisieron, no toman en cuenta que se pierden al menos dos dias de trabajo.
I really had a terrible experience today. I wasn't able to see the doctor or get the ultrasound I had scheduled—all because of a mix-up with the billing department, where they tried to charge me for something my insurance covers completely. They even told me that if I didn't pay for a charge that isn't even my responsibility, the doctor would no longer see me. made an appointment in february and wasn’t able to get in till end of april being a new patient. I’m fine with that given i went to her years ago but then cutting your hours and moving my appointment back another month at the end of may?! some of us have jobs to be at and can’t come in the middle of the day. I understand cutting your hours in summer but 9-2? absolutely ridiculous
