Commendation for Nursing Staff My 2 year old son and I were admitted to Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital for over one week. I want to express my outrage and deep disappointment with the appalling care my child received in your ER. The nurse on duty demonstrated a shocking level of incompetence and a complete lack of empathy. She used the wrong size and type of tube to insert into my child's nose, causing unimaginable pain. My child was crying uncontrollably and even threw up due to the severe discomfort inflicted. This place terrible there are bugs on the floor I’m breaking out from chemicals around me and the food is hard. This is not a suitable place for children. Please shut this place down.

Loved it had surgery on Friday Donna was very comfortable and the other people only reason it’s not 5 stars is because when we first walked in at like 4 am ish lady at first desk was very rude like I know it’s 4 am but very rude and like I said very nice place and nice people it’s just that girl at front desk was very rude
