The staff appears hurried and they all lack customer service training or something? You walk in, the phones are ringing off the hook and they aren't answering and even worse they don;t even look up to greet you? When they finally do, they act rushed and simply ask "is all your information the same?" The doctor visit even worse. I waited at least a half hour in the room for Dr. Diamantoni. I’ve been seeing Dr. Trost for 8 yrs. He’s compassionate, understanding & spends time listening to your problems. Never once have I been rushed out of his office. He does a great job explaining what your problem is, how to cure it & how to avoid a reoccurrence. I wouldn’t think of seeing another Dr.
Have known this Doctor for over 20 yrs. I feel that he and his staff go out of their way to treat and care for their patients. They really make you feel comfortable in there office settings. I feel like I am really part of the family when I am in there office. This practice will even make a house call if you are in dire need of their services. Which the did while I had my wife, who had MS, at home. I have felt very comfortable recommending new patients to the practice. At last count I have made approximately 28 new patients ... read more
We have been a patient for several years. Excellent demeanor and very approachable.
We love Dr. Elizabeth Maxwell, but we are about to change doctors because of the office staff. Obviously, Maria,the office manager, has no handle on what is going on with her staff. I tried to bring it to her attention, but it was sadly evident to me that she does not care. After hours, yes I said hours on hold, I still do not have an answer to my question, which is whether my husband needs to be seen during this pandemic. My Dr for 20 yrs great Dr
I was having problems with my previous prescription from another optometrist and Dr D’Elia knew right away what the problem was. The prescription for my glasses is complicated and I am glad to find a doctor who had experience and skill to know what I needed. Yay!
I've been under Dr Trost's care for over 20 years.. Excellent Dr. I can say I wouldn't be alive today we're it not for his caring about me!
