I love Dr Cole, she's the best doctor I have ever met. She's very caring, compassionate, and passionate. She loves what she does and you can see that clearly.
I scheduled a new patient wellness physical with Dr Cole in September. I had the physical and was then billed by Dupage Medical for an extended office visit. I called my insurance company and was told Dr Cole could refile with codes for Wellnesd physical and all charges would be covered. Dr Cole refused leaving me responsible for all charges despite the fact that I made the appointment for only a wellness physical.
