Extremely rude. Called to get estimates on a used car and was met with an argument and degradation about not wanting full coverage and told “if you’re spending 10,000 on a car it’s stupid to not get collision, what if it gets damaged, that’s a lot of Money.” Told the sales woman that I did not want to spend 300$ a month on a rebuilt title car. She ended the conversation and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Will be switching my insurance company.
