It took me some time to write this review because I wanted to reflect carefully before sharing my experience. Unfortunately, I feel it’s important to advise others to STAY AWAY from this practice. I ultimately decided not to work with Mrs. Medel due to her demeanor and the level of disrespect I witnessed. She appeared impatient, easily irritated, and unprofessional throughout the interaction.
