Not satisfactory. She would ask a question and then talk over my answer, repeatedly. I went in with foot issue and was told there was no time for cray and that it was probably arthritis. Still cannot wear shoes. Also stomach issues and was referred to GI who I have to wait until November. Totally frustrating and waste of time visit.
Dr. Santos is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She is great
Patient has to arrive 15min. early for Appt so you are checked in on time for the appointment. But it’s okay for doctor to come in 20+ mins late . And that’s alright. I don’t think so. They need to add in bore bufffer time in between patients . I also have a job that I need to be on time for. My time is worth money also
She was short with my visit, my symptoms and already had her mind made up about me before I had my appointment. Urgent care in Appleton lists severe allergic reactions as treatable in clinic. She came in with gloves, a mask and hardly listened to my symptoms, with a reply that she doesn't prescribe pain meds. I was there for an allergy concern and I never mentioned pain meds. Disgusting.
