Dr Santos is very detailed and explains the reasons why certain actions need to happen.
No symptoms or any issue. Wanted me to have an ultrasound done and have me pay $$$ before even waiting for my lab results in a few days. I’m glad I didn’t do that. My lab results were all normal and she said ultrasound wasn’t needed. She asked several unrelated personal questions and make patients uncomfortable to answer. I don’t recommend this Dr. I can’t even call her a doctor.
My doctor is great. Which is why we go to her. Sometimes the staff at the front desk can have an attitude and want to be argumentative with patients. Customer service training is encouraged. I'd give 5 stars if there wasn't an attitude issue.
