On the very first appointment, Dr. Diaz charged me $10 for bloodwork which my insurance covers. No parking and having to wait hours to see her was a red flag. What made me stop seeing her was when she charged me $20 for her to sign my DMV handicap parking permit application. How unconscionable.

Very clean office and great receptionists available. Dr. Diaz always ensures her patients get the best care and have their health care needs met. I highly recommend Dr. Diaz
Dr. Diaz has a lovely office and staff. She is a deligent and bright doctor. I am from the northeast and this type of professionalism is hard to find in Florida.
