She is very good doctor
This doctor walked out 5 minutes before my appointment because her overworked front desk staff never called to confirm the appointment/code with me after I made the appointment online. Apparently the code for my appointment provided 15 minutes less time than the doctor needed. Instead of seeing me regardless (I had been waiting 20 minutes) she walked out at 4:55PM - must be nice to get out of work on time when you don't care about your patients. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Brito. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, interested, and attentive. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered concisely. The front office staff have always been courteous and efficient. And almost unheard of in New York City, her appointments start ON TIME!
Would give zero stars if I could. Doctor does not respond to anything. For some reason, unlike every doctor I’ve ever worked with, she wrote some of my scripts for less than a year, then would not respond to calls from the pharmacy or from me to refill them. Also, I changed insurance so needed a letter from her to get one of the prescriptions covered. It took over a month to get her to do it.
