I booked an appointment nearly 2 months ago, but never received an appointment confirmation, patient portal instructions, or appointment reminders. I called to confirm the day of, and after 10 minutes on hold, I was told I don't have an appointment because the provider left the practice 45 days ago. The offered to reschedule with a different provider in a different city, but I declined due to it being a one-hour drive each way.
Don't bother!!! I had an appointment with Dr. CASTRO. actually 2. My doctor made my first appointment directly with her. I show up, they say she is out for a few days. So I made another appointment. Today was my next appointment, I show up and they say the doctor is no longer at this practice. I waited over a month for this appointment! So do yourself a favor, go somewhere else! Please don't bother. Both times I was there. I didn't see one patient in the waiting room.
the worst possible customer service, i have had my last 3 appointments rescheduled, then I call to make sure my 4th appointment is still on only to be told that shes NOT with Florida Medical clinic anymore I saw her less 45 days ago! what kind of service is that, completely HORRIBLE! and they tell me the other neurologist in FMC is not taking new patients so im on my own to find one- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I can’t get them to even answer the phone!!! Can you imagine what it’s like in the office 🤦♀️
