No consideration for patient. Office staff is hard to deal with.
No one communicates with each other. I continued to tell them how to bill insurance. No one listened. Finally got issue resolved 2 months later after having outrageous invalid bills & continuously calling due to the staff not doing what they said they would. Why are you calling me AGAIN about the same issue new service? ALL of this JUST for office visits??? You don’t pay me to do your job so why am I having to do it? Lost all patience with providence facilities and staff incompetence/lack of knowledge.
I am sincerely happy with Dr, De Benedetti, She's handled a couple heart issues for me. She is thorough in her exams to make sure she gets it right. I trust her with my issues and am grateful I found her being so new to El Paso, I was blessed finding her among all these doctors.
