Overall experience was good/fine but see pros and cons below. This applies to the Midwood, Brooklyn office. Pros: - clean office - promt - good service from PA and nurses cons: - I booked an appointment with Dr. Maria Culotta specifially and they gave me someone else. They gave me a random PA that was available at the time. I specifically wanted to see Dr. Culotta. Unprofessional - they charged me double for copay without noticing. I have been having such a horrible experience with this office trying to get my medical records released and sent to a new doctor. Time is of the essence due to a procedure that I need to have. After signing the release form, I was told all my records would be faxed over to the new doctor. I waited a week and was told by my new doctor no records were ever sent. When making this appointment, I included that I was looking for help dx pelvic floor dysfunction as per recommendation by my dietitian. after an 1.5 hour wait in the waiting room, I was brought into the office for my exam. My history was taken and then a PA came in to see me. I specifically chose this doctor as he bio states she has special experience in this area. While in the office, I was given a complete exam by her PA as well as an internal sonogram by the ultrasound technician. When the doctor's assistant brought me in... read more

I didn’t even get to go to the appointment because the receptionist was such a nightmare. I booked on Zocdoc for an appointment in the city and tried to confirm. The receptionist was incredibly rude when I told her I would like to schedule an appointment and proceeded to hang up. I will never recommend this place to anyone strictly because of the customer service.
