Unfortunately, I requested my Dr records from WA over a week ago. I have mental health issues and need a depo every month and now it is overdue. Apparently they spelt my name wrong and never got the medicare records and when they got it didn't have the right info, so still no depo. I am disappointed. But in light of this the person behind the reception desk was most helpful I did not get his name but it was great, should see something happen soon.
I had been a patient at the Maria clinic for 2 years & had been seen by several doctors who gave excellent service but I must say Matthew Allan is a very rude man with his attitude & he has no bedside manners
I dont know about other Drs but the way my husband ,who has cancer and lung problems, has been dealt with by Dr Mustafa is most unprofessional and rude. We are seeking another Dr who has better communication and compassionate skills.
