The one time I saw Dr. Chang she was okay. However, her office had been incredibly unresponsive and I’ve attempted to contact them via phone and patient portal for months. I am now running out of my medication and am being forced to find a new doctor due to their unresponsiveness. I called to file a formal complaint and was given an excuse about how they recently switched systems in March; however, I’ve called and left phone messages with actual human beings that also went unreturned. Their billing department is garbage. Got a receipt that was barely better than crayon on looseleaf. FSA would not reimburse. They hit me for a $350 copay and the insurance showed a $45 copay. Steer clear of this place unless you have money to burn!
Dr. Change and staff were friendly and very efficient. They were eager to answer any questions and set me at ease. Highly recommend!
Dr. Chang is very thorough and easy to talk with.
Dr. Chang was so sweet & my procedure was so much easier than the prep portion at home! The staff were all very friendly & accommodating, even after multiple tornado warnings that morning!!!
