I’m so grateful for the care and support I received from this Dr. Carratola. She was incredibly patient and kind, always available to answer my questions and explain things clearly. She gave me time to process everything and was ready to act when I was ready. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my baby and supporting me through it all.
Dr. Carratola and team did an amazing job on my one year old son’s tube surgery. We were able to get the consultation the same day we got the referral and she even squeezed us in two days later for surgery to help my son out of pain. We were nervous like any parent would be but she reassured us of the safety and possible risks. She didn’t pressure us into surgery and made us feel very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend her and the Ochsner pediatric ENT/ surgery center.
