I highly recommend skipping out on this hostile environment from the front desk and beyond. Dr Bordin is very dismissive and uncaring, the rest of the staff is the same. Take my advice you don’t want a dentist who lacks empathy and Isn’t willing to help people in pain/discomfort. Very disheartening to experience. They did not listen to me and my needs at all and were very unprofessional. The appointments are rushed and the care and the work they provided for the price tag is very dismal.
Dr. Cardenas and her team are fantastic! From the moment I walk into the office, I receive professional, personalized, and creative care. Everyone is warm and welcoming, making me feel valued and special. My smile has improved significantly over time, thanks to thoughtful attention to detail, sensitivity, and compassion. Additionally, my teeth and gums are healthier than they've been in many years. I am extremely grateful.
