Best doctor’s WORST receptionist!!!! Especially Trisha!! Kind of ruins it for the whole office when you call and get nothing but an attitude, hung up on or talked to like you’re bothering them!
We came with our son for a diagnosis she said she does not provide diagnosis as she is not a neurologist psychologist. She accepts referrals for services she does not provide, Dr Younes concluded nothing during the visit and still wanted to see us back in 6 weeks. What for? Idk. We were fooled into getting a EEG screening even though our son never had a seizure. Seeing this practice will result in unnecessary visits and screenings
I call to make an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was very rude 😒 I didn't even bother to call back ...very sad 😢 and end up going elsewhere....bad for business. Bad for us the patients.....
