She is very kind, understanding and super reassuring.
I've been trying to get an appointment for almost 3 weeks now and they still can't call me back to set that up. I've called left messages even my surgeon has called them and nothing. I can just imagine what the rest of the service would be like if I ever did get an appointment.
Long story short, she billed my insurance for services that she did not render. I was in the hospital for 5 days, this doctor visited me in my room 3 times for less than 1 minute each time (in and out) and billed my insurance for 2 visits of 25 minutes each and 1 visit for 110 minutes. I called her office several times to have her make corrections to the bill with no success. To me this is called fraud.
