Dr. Maria Borodatcheva is amazing. I have been seeing her since 2019. I wish I would have found her sooner. Dr. Borodatcheva is in my opinion what every doctor should be. She loves what she does and it shows. She has improved my quality of life I. So many ways.She takes the time to thoroughly explain your treatment . I would recommend her to anyone.
I made an appointment with my normal primary care doctor weeks ago and the day of I was called and told she wasn’t in office. I get it things come up and sometimes we have to put things on hold. My problem was feeling urgent so I decided to make an appointment with another doctor at all care primary in Ellicott city with Dr Borodatcheva. I’m 50 years old, and have been to a lot of doctors. Maria is the worse doctor I’ve been to. She’s a very rude and disrespectful Russian woman who thinks she still lives in Russia and acts like it. She told me she can’t take me on my worse times. She always gave me useless medicines. And at very end with her rude Russian attitude she let me know she won’t take me in anymore and that I should switch my doctor. Very disrespectful, old, rude, cruel Russian woman
This experience has been the worst I've had with any medical provider/doctor. This office staff is very rude and unprofessional. Its extremely hard to get a sick visit and you have to COVID test anytime you want to see a doctor even if you've had a recent negative test result from another medical professional. I would NOT recommend to any friends or family. You would be better off self diagnosing and self medicating.
Worst experience ever. The lady on the front desk Ronika was extremely rude . I scheduled an appointment and came over , but they didn’t take me . Front desk person was disrespectful. The doctor Maria B. came out and told me personally she can’t see me. I did not understand the reason . They told me it should be Zoom call. Why did they even schedule it?
