Si pudiera darle un cero con gusto fui a que me retirara un color y e realidad no hiso nada de cambio enmi pelo nada delo que yo quería y aparte me cobro demasiado y perdí tiempo y dinero no lo recomiendo y si se puede retirar el color en otro salón si pudieron arreglar mi pelo al color que yo lo quería simplemente no sabe nada de tínteles y remover color😡😡😡
