Dr. Babaran and Kaiser Permente, I am leaving this review in hopes someone will help my aging parents. I am their only child and live 1300 miles away. My parents have both Kaiser and Medicare. My father has numerous health issues. He is in need of an electric wheelchair. I have seen my dad fall and struggling to not fall other times. My visit in Nov 2019 was the worst.
