In speaking to Dr Miranda I know now that the insurance has guidelines that she must follow. I could not finish the test due to pain therefore the insurance wouldn't pay
My appointment was at 3:00 PM, but by 4:45 I still hadn’t been seen by the doctor. I asked for a refund on my co-pay, and left. Before leaving, the receptionist asked me to stay; she said, “The doctor has 5 more minutes with the current patient, then one more patient, and then you.” Had I stayed, I might still be there waiting.
