Rude customer service! One of the owners claimed she could do a sew in matienance with curls and charged me 120 dollars and didn’t even give me what I paid for nor did my leave out blend in with my hair extensions because she claimed my hair was “fake” after I showed her that it is indeed real hair, and I had gotten it curled multiple times by others and professionals hair stylists and never had a problem in fact they told me the hair was very good. What a delightful surprise! I had a magnificent first-time experience at this salon today. Monica worked magic on my hair — the cut and style were flawless. I actually discovered the salon by accident, as it’s located right next door to my new dentist. Talk about a lucky find! The space is spotless, well-organized, and has a welcoming vibe. This is my go to place for my 13 year old daughter. Moved to Texas from Miami and couldn’t find any Dominican salons in the area that we live in. This one was the closest so we tried it out. It’s been 3 years now. This is the ONE AND ONLY SALON, I will trust to do my daughter’s hair. Magdalena is so sweet and nurturing.
