Horrible absolutely horrible doctor you can go too. I reported this joke to state and to my insurance. Her whole team doesn’t respect u or your diagnosis. Half of her team is Asian and they judge u if you tell them your issues and problems. They will get your gender wrong even if you told them what you were born with. I been extremely ill I been calling her team for the past 4 hours to her an appointment and they won’t pick up or they will transfer you to an answering team, that no one gets back to you. The staff always sound like they'd rather be somewhere else. Especially when you may call near the lunch hour. I hurt my knee about a month ago and whenever I tried to talk to the Nurse Practitioner I normally associated with they always told me she'd call me back by the end of the day 5/5:30pm when it turns out she actually left the practice approximately a month before that. So I was pretty much lied to in most likely the attempt to stop calling. I had a phone appt to discuss said knee injury to see if I should anything el... read more

Horrible from the office staff to Dr alfaro. She rather stereo type patients then to listen to them. People need help on the here and now not just the future.
