The staff always sound like they'd rather be somewhere else. Especially when you may call near the lunch hour. I hurt my knee about a month ago and whenever I tried to talk to the Nurse Practitioner I normally associated with they always told me she'd call me back by the end of the day 5/5:30pm when it turns out she actually left the practice approximately a month before that. Horrible from the office staff to Dr alfaro. She rather stereo type patients then to listen to them. People need help on the here and now not just the future.
