I was referred to Dr. Jurado by a friend because I was looking for a physician who would really take the time to understand my health. Before switching to her as my primary care doctor, I did see some negative reviews online about her office staff, but I decided to give the practice a chance based on the strong recommendations for her. Best medical experience I’ve had in South Florida! Very kind and caring staff. Super professional and attentive. There was a bit of a wait but nothing new in terms of a typical doctor’s office. Dr. Jurado is a sweetheart. She really cares about her patience and their individual needs. Very rare to see nowadays. Front staff was very very busy, accommodating a full room of patients waiting to be seen but still kept a positive attitude when assisting. Girls were fantastic. Kent, was spectacular.
