I was looking forward to trying this salon, called to make an appointment for pedicure and i get "Hello??", figured i had wrong #, nope. I asked about making appointment and she said just walk in, I asked when's a not so busy time, she said "I dont really know, walk in & of we have availability we take you"...kind of the point of making appointment. i’ve been coming to mari nails since october of 2024 and maria absolutely SLAYS my nails each time. i get builder gel which keeps my nails strong and they have not broken once since i started coming here. maria is always up for whatever new design i have in mind, she does a very thorough job, and my nails always look perfect! all of the staff is very lovely and kind. they are consistently busy and for good reason, it is an incredibly clean and well run salon! i’ve seen other reviews talking about appointments not being honor... read more

I called ahead to have just one of my nails fixed and they offered me to come in in an hour or in two hours. so I waited and went in. When I got there they said they couldn’t take me. I mentioned how I called ahead and they said they could when I called, they proceeded to speak a bunch of Spanish to each other and then tell me they couldn’t help me and did not offer me any other time that day. This is zero stars. Waited 30 min before walking out with confirmed 12 pm appt for Pedicure. Feet sat in cold water for 20 min. Asked numerous times how long it would be and nobody answered me. Finally pulled my wet feet out of water and walked out. Terrible business. Will never return and do not recommend.
