My family has been with Dr. Hinrichs for several years-I think she is an excellent doctor and asks all the right questions. If I ever have concerns or do not understand something, she takes the time to explain and gives myself and family the resources that we need (referrals, meds, ect) to help us stay healthy.
Best doctor I've ever had. I've been her patient for over 7 years and she's taking such good care of me. I couldn't ask for a better person very caring person. Always immediately responds
I had a follow-up appointment after a recent visit to the ER. Unfortunately, my primary doctor wasn’t available, and this doctor had the earliest opening, so I scheduled with her. To say I was disappointed with my visit would be an understatement. From the moment the doctor entered the room, I was taken aback by her rude and dismissive attitude. Unfortunately, I had to meet with her twice. She is unempathetic, careless, and seems to dislike her job. She treats appointments as if it is an inconvenience to her. Do not go to her.
This doctor has no empathy. Did not even greet me when she came in the room. Cold demeanor. I am having a repeat episode of something I had a couple months ago and she refused the same treatment (because it is an antibiotic) I rarely take them. So, now I wait, with a fever and illness to see if it goes away on its own, and miss more work.
