Very bad experience. Had eyelash extensions here today. The process felt rough, with frequent pulling and the brush rubbing my eyelid until it turned red. I mentioned the pain several times, but it continued. The length looked fine in the end, but the overall experience was uncomfortable. - Updated and reply to the business: You asked me only one time “Are you okay?” while you were moving my head, and I answered that I was okay (okay with you moving my head).
