My hair cut was completely rushed and looks nothing like the image I had showed him (javier). Also, before even getting a cut I asked if he would have time to blow dry it and warned him about the fact that I have a ton of hair....he said it was fine and that it would be twenty dollars. I just went to get a haircut here and I hated. First of all bad customer service, I walk in ask for a cut the Guy (Javier) tells me yes but wait 10 minutes because he is going to "lunch first" didn't leave cause I really need a cut so I waited... Then I told him how I wanted my hair showed him a pic from a magazine the cut was totally different from the pic he gave me what he wanted, I wanted a long layered Bob with side banges and I got a Matilda looking bob with Audrey Hepburn banges.
