I consulted with Matt Margolis regarding my case. From our communication I concluded that he shows total lack of knowledge of Power of Attorney obligations. When I inquired whether transferring a real property was a conflict of poa interest, Mr Margolis' reply was "maybe". I had to google and discover it was in fact a violation of poa fiduciary obligations.
