In October I made an appointment for February as a new patient. 3 1/2 month wait but I felt it was worth it because Dr Sardo was referred to me by several people. Received a voice message today, two weeks before the appointment saying it was cancelled because she is not taking new patients. Period. No alternative solutions. Don't bother calling for a refill with sardo incompetent front desk people she used to have good people not anymore.wasting my time.dint see her anymore.
Pleasant first visit. The access to the office is easy and the building and practice site are clean and well kept. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Interactions were positive and encouraging. Nurse interaction was positive and MD interaction was very positive. I have high expectations of my health care provider and was very impressed overall.
