Margo was late to every appointment and didn’t show up for one. She never called or emailed about missing the appointment either. In sessions she was patronizing, inappropriately shared about her own relationship and did not remember basic information I had shared from our last appointment. She interrupted, called me names and was impatient. She should not be practicing therapy as she is unprofessional, rude and doesn’t keep track of her clients. If I could give a zero star I would.

If you're seeking genuine, effective support, you're not going to find it here. Although she advertises expertise in family counseling, PTSD, and trauma, my experience proved that her approach was not what one would hope for. She responded opposite of how you'd hope someone would react in the situation. She did not provide validation and encouragement, instead, she came across as rude, patronizing, and invalidating.
