Fast, friendly, easy to get loaded
Good place to pick up if you don't go to the wrong place.. if you search for the company name on Google maps it will show you the right place off Busch pkwy. The folks who work there are really nice and I was loaded before I could finish my sandwich.
I was waiting for 900 lbs of gravel, but they didn't print the shipping label properly and are unresponsive to the carrier, so now I'm waiting in purgatory for my product.
Margo Garden Products fulfilled my Lowe's order for 900 pounds of decorative rocks. The shipment came up about 150 lbs short, but one quick call was all it took to resolve it. They were extremely apologetic and immediately 2-day shipped the missing rock, which arrived before the job was finished. Outstanding customer service and responsiveness—highly impressed!
