I ordered four boxes of Royal TAN River Pebbles via Home Depot. Margo Garden Products shipped me four 30 pound boxes of stark white rocks. Home Depot said they will have UPS pick up the boxes I had to tape up again. What a waste of time and energy. And lifting those heavy boxes is not fun.
I arived on time for the appointment. The lady at the gard shack was very nice. She did not have the paperwork, had to wait almost an houre to get it. Got to the dock, some of the loaders do not speak or comprehend English. It took 3 hours to get loaded. They over loaded me by 1660 lbs. Didn't get out the gate until 3:30pm on a Friday (the time they close) they are not open on weekends so there was no going back to get reworked.
Items showed up 4 days late in terrible packaging. Only to be the completely wrong item
