Bad experience appointment 8am check in 7am empty 11:30am

I think I came here on a good day judging by what people are saying on the reviews. I saw the reviews before coming here and my strategy was to be super nice to the employees and I think it worked because my appointment has an open window and I needed to deliver the load by all means. They were nice and took the load without any questions. I was in and out within an hour. I specifically asked one of the employees about overnight parking and he said YES, people are welcome to park overnight.

Marglen does have bathrooms in the upper building that drivers can use. It does have an appt schedule. If you arrive late for your appt you will have to be worked back into the schedule as time allows you will not be unloaded before others with appts on that day. If you arrive early for your appt you may have to wait until the others that have earlier appts have unloaded. They are rude to there worker and they don't take care of there parking lot or the truck drivers they don't care about there workers pay sucks 13.00 dollars a hour and 12 hours shifts that hard on some people there
