Our family has had nothing but a great experience at this office. With 3 children under 3 we have frequent visits. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. From well visits to last minute sick visits to being provided support and resources for any issues that have come up. We have been taken care of very well and highly recommend this office.
HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST and Office manager. I have been taking my child to M&K since birth. This is my second visit at the Valley Square office, Kathy and Dawn are horrible. They refuse to put the manager on the phone. They told me since the Dr is not on the card I have to reschedule all 3 appts. But told me this a day before the appt at 6pm in the evening. They don’t let you talk,and even when you do they bypass everything you say.
My wait in the waiting room is never long. In the back is hit or miss but that's anywhere. Drs are all great and really pay attention to the needs I bring up and they truly care about the kids.
Dr. Meghan thank you for your care for my kids, she's amazing and truly loves her work. My kids adore her. Thank you for your patience.
I have been going here for 18 years and have never had a bad experience until this past week. My son takes daily asthma medication and the refills ran out so I called to ask for a refill. A not so friendly woman by the name of Eileen insisted that my son would have to be seen in order for them to refill (both of my kids were there in April for well visits) and that this medication was filled in August of last year and insisted we hadn’t been there since.
