First visit as new patient on 5/9/2026 not going back. Amber Albert was extremely unprofessional. I typically do not leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so that other parents can make an informed decision and consider choosing a different pediatrician office.
i always have a great experience at the warrington location! front desk is always so sweet and welcoming to my children. i recently saw jerry and typically see amber for my kids. we love it!
Watch out for hidden charges and extremely rude office staff. I will not be bringing my two children back.
Our family has had nothing but a great experience at this office. With 3 children under 3 we have frequent visits. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. From well visits to last minute sick visits to being provided support and resources for any issues that have come up. We have been taken care of very well and highly recommend this office.
HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST and Office manager. I have been taking my child to M&K since birth. This is my second visit at the Valley Square office, Kathy and Dawn are horrible. They refuse to put the manager on the phone. They told me since the Dr is not on the card I have to reschedule all 3 appts. But told me this a day before the appt at 6pm in the evening. They don’t let you talk,and even when you do they bypass everything you say.
