If I could give this doctor a ZERO, I would. I was charged $611 for a 45-minute new-patient exam. No labs. No testing. Nothing beyond the exam and questions. I actually had to remind her to take my vitals. Sounds outrageous, right? I thought so too. I went through Patient Advocacy—not once, but twice. Both people I spoke with felt the billing was justified and told me that, based on her documentation, she had documented enough to support billing for TWO new-patient exams. Love her. She never rushes you and answers all your questions. Always makes me feel like she cares. Her MA is just as great!
All the staff members were very efficient. Doctor was a keen listener. Look into my issues very seriously. I Came out of the clinic very satisfied . Excellent hospital in our town.
