Margi was amazing at helping me sell my Mom’s house, getting everything packed up and working with my crazy schedule and some hiccups on the buyer side to get everything done. She was so amazing I went back to her when I needed to find a place to live now that I’m moving back to the area. She is everything you want in a realtor and goes the extra mile, from figuring out painting to power washing to packing and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is an awesome person to work with.
Margi’s knowledge of my historic house and its surroundings proved to be absolutely essential in preparing it for sale. She even wrote articles for local publications that highlighted its significance. She was tireless in making sure that every avenue toward assuring its prompt sale was explored, investing many hours of her personal time, above and beyond what I would have expected.
