Great psychologists, terrible reception. They have never picked up my call directly. Really disappointing as they deal with people on the spectrum who struggle with executive function and organising their own appointments. Seriously, hire someone new at this point, the reviews are shockingly consistent...
Terrible response rate. Takes weeks to get anywhere with communication via emails which has been incredibly frustrating. However my psychologist was VERY lovely and professional. I believe the issue lies with reception.
Sincere, Kind, Patient, Knowledgeable & Wise, Highly Experienced and Skillful, Non-judgmental & Understanding. Dr Marged Goode is all of that. Such a beautiful person. I have only respect and love for Marged. My family are her clients and has been so for 4 years now and wished we had started earlier with her as our Clinical Psychologist. She is always as helpful as she possibly can. Deeply grateful. Thanks to Dr Marged.

Absolutely appalled by the service received at Goode psychology. What was an extremely stressful time for us was compounded by misinformation that led to wasted paid appointments times with Melissa Wong. Feel utterly let down. To make matters worse, the Manger called up chasing for payment that we did not owe, that's the only thing they care about.
