I had an excellent and positive experience. From the moment I checked in on the 6th floor, I was impressed about the cleanliness and the organization of the environment. Then, my encounter with the care team, Dr. Kanis/Kluwgant, Ms. August and chaperone. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Every approach was therapeutic, while imparting knowledge that kept me relaxed and prepared for the interactions/procedures performed. I felt respected and comfortable. Truly top-tier service and care.
Dr. Kanis is attentive and takes her time to explain any medical issues and concerns. Great experience with every follow up.
