The staff is not nice if the call button is pressed it shouldn’t take 2 hours for them to come in the room I get it if your understaffed but if your paying for the care you deserve decent care.
My mother was well taken care of by the CNA’s and nurses. Tammy London, Lori Day, and Robin Roten were especially considerate of her needs. The nurses: Samantha, Jenny, and Robin answered every question that I had regarding her care. Each physical therapist was awesome. I can’t name each staff member in the Rehab department however I can say that all of them were well trained and very nice.
I am pleased there is a facility close to our home where mom can be safe and cared for. However, mom was unknowingly paying for an insurance policy she didn’t need for a long time, which created a huge billing issue. Long story short I was accused of embezzling my mom’s money and refusing to pay her bill. I was threatened by the billing department that they would prosecute me and kick mom out. The leadership team is amazing to work with! Thankful to have such a wonderful group of ladies caring for our community. Can’t recommend them enough!
My mother has been at Margate for just under two months. The care that she is receiving is honestly answered prayers! I thank God nightly for everyone supporting her!! Every staff member in the place is professional, friendly, and attentive to the residents!! This place is a role model for elderly care!!
