They tried to sneak a valet charge into the equation. If we had not had a printed receipt on check out it would have been missed. Location, hotel and bar staff were all good.

This was our first time not getting a cabin, chalet, or camping there. Best decision ever! Great service, friendly folks, great food, etc. Close to everything, walking distance to it all without the hustle bustle of typical Gburg traffic that is slow. Next to trolley system too if you want to bop around for free transportation and nearby my fave place Ranger Bobs and got to walk over to Anakeesta for some fun!

Was not happy with our stay at margaritaville in gatlinburg We stayed at all different hotels and other Margaritavilles and never had a problem On this occasion in gatlinburg margaritaville we put sign on door for house keeping not to come in we went to do our laundry came back found sign on floor and our belongings moved around and we had quarters on table that were missing we reported to manager and we spoke to the general manager and he said he would investigate but never got back to us . For $500 per night I definitely expected more. The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to accommodate. Upon check in I had to get my room key reprogrammed twice which didn’t work so we were moved to another room. The TV in our room had channels that didn’t work properly - lagged and sped up every few seconds. I ordered a salad and fresh fruit late at night (10:26) because the room brochure stated they closed at 11:00pm. After ordering my food I was told they closed at 10:30. Room was dirty there was hair in the shower we had to spray down the drain before taking a shower the sink drain in room was stopped up the balcony we couldn’t even sit on the chairs were dirty and the the were spiders and spider webs all over balcony one of our worst experiences at Margaritaville’s property.
