The kindest doctor. Always on time, and cares about her patients. She is personable and has the best bedside manner.
One of the WORST "doctors" I have ever had a misery of meeting. Didn't let me tell her what was going on with my health. Ordered that I get a mammogram, among other tests, before she'll see me further. My issues dont involve the upper half of my body. Was rude, condescending, and rushed out on me. I wish I could give her no stars. Shes just looking to make money, didnt care one bit about me as a patient. I started seeing Dr. Margarita Terrassa back in 2011, and even after moving to Florida in 2020, I still travel all the way back to Louisville just to stay under her care. That should tell you everything. She’s hands down the most professional, caring, and kind gynecologist I’ve ever had in my life. Not just five stars—she deserves a whole constellation.
I saw Dr Terrassa for the first time today after my ONGYN of 35 years retired. I must say I was a little concerned about how quickly I was able to get an appointment. I was also concerned about the bad reviews that are on this site. However, after my visit today I can honestly say that I have found my new and hopefully last female doctor. Dr. Terrassa was extremely friendly, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. Also, the total wait time to completion of my appointment was only 50 minutes.
This doctor might be the worst I've ever gone to. She comes in, dismisses all of your questions with a smile, and leaves as soon as possible. IF YOU ARE FAT, BEWARE. she fat shamed me multiple times and didn't provide any treatment plan besides "losing weight".
