I love her! She is personable, knowledgeable, and easy to converse with. She actually takes the time to listen to you and caters your healthcare with your specific needs and personal preferences in mind.
I’m extremely disappointed with this practice. I was only 5 minutes late to my appointment, and they refused to see me. I took time off work and ended up missing it for absolutely nothing. Their scheduling system is a mess—difficult to navigate and not user-friendly. There was no grace period, no understanding, and zero flexibility.
