I want to start by emphasizing that Dr. Caminero provides excellent care, and I would not want this feedback to take away from her well-deserved reputation. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and highly regarded by both patients and colleagues. That said, there is an opportunity for improvement with the front desk operations.
