We ordered our pina coladas about a month in advance and had pretty great communication for the rental. They made sure to let me know the machine would be ready for our event and the mix was delicious, though I made the mistake and thought it included rum when I made the rental. Service was terrible, we received a non working machine for the entire duration of my event. Liquid margaritas is all we got, I think we were better off going to buy a nice blender for the event. The lack of customer was service was awful , our machine got replaced while we were cleaning up. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this service , wasn’t worth our money at all ..... definitely would not recommend
