Made an assumption about my order. She did fix it when I called but she sent the wrong card to a the person I sent flowers to. Thankfully the recipient has a sense of humor. I am disappointed. What really got me though was her sense of being unorganized when I called. Then she say “oh god” numerous times, really unacceptable language for the phone.
I just received a beautiful birthday bouquet and WOW it is absolutely stunning! Even the vase is unusual and gorgeous. The colour combination and the way the flowers are arranged is truly spectacular:) I sent a photo to my lovely friend that sent them and she was thrilled with how beautiful they are:) I highly recommend this business:)🌸
