Horrible visit with Dr.Tran. I wait long time in waiting room. Then I see her but she rush me and barely bother to listen to my concern. Then she just get up to go see her next patient. Bad bad service.
Receptionist never learned manners. The Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Dr Tran is knowledgeable but is narcissistic and greedy. She wrongly diagnosed my mother’s heart disease as anxiety and got mad because she got a second opinion. She can’t spend more than 5 minutes with her patients because she overbooks for more money. Dr. Margaret Tran is very kind, helpful, and professional. There are two receptionists: the younger one is very nice and friendly, but the older one is the rudest human being I’ve ever talked to. The clinic needs to get rid of the older receptionist, who primarily contributed to 99% of the negative reviews of this clinic.
I just called and the receptionist was very rude and yells at you for not being a patient at Dr. Margaret Tran. I was clear that I was referred to her from my current family doctor. The receptionist should really learn some customer service as I'm sure it does not reflect Dr. Margaret Tran - she def'n gives her a bad name!
The receptionist is the worst, not helpful. She hate her job. Complained how busy she was. And complained all other clinics are off on that day(a new holiday in BC), only Dr Tran ask her to work. So she was very angry and rude to the patients. I believe Dr Tran paid OT salary to you. But if you like, you still have the right to refuse work on holiday.
