Absolutely brushed off my concerns of gaining 40lbs in 3 months while actively working out 3x a week and maintaining a strict calorie deficit suggestion was “increase your exercise and you’ll be good” the entire appoint was approx 15mins. I chose this provider because they were listed as in-network, but my experience was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I received a call just 24 hours before my appointment stating that my insurance could not be verified and that I needed to call before my appointment or be required to pay $439.40 out-of-pocket as a self-pay patient. My daughter has a teledoc visit and was charged $676 (with insurance and this provider was in network). WOW!
She was fantastic. Very friendly and very helpful. I was so glad that she could help me at the last minute.
Doctor Tran is super nice and professional, my daugjter loves her very much!
